RECIPES
I´ve found a very funny site where we can practise our listening as well as we can learn new recipes from a very special chef. I hope you to enjoy this video.

INGREDIENTS: *1 cup natural yogurth *3 eggs *3 cups flour *2 cups sugar *1 cup sunflower oil *1 tablespoon yeast *2 tablespoons lemon juice
PREPARATION: First mix together in a big bowl, three eggs and two cups sugar,then add one cup sunflower oil and two tablespoons lemon juice and mix up very well, still all ingredients get to mixed.
In other small bowl sieve three cups flour and one tablespoon yeast and add to first mixture.
after that spread melted butter over a baking pan and sprinkle it with a little flour.
Finally pour the mixture into baking pan and bake in a preheated 180º oven for 20 minutes.

Ingrdients: - One chicken cut in pieces skin free. - One big onion. -Three garlics. -One glas of white wine. -Olive oil, and salt. Preparation We cut the onion and fry it lightly together garlics, we add the chicken until it undercooked then, we add the wine up to almost covering it, and when this beging to boil, we add the peas. Leave it to boil in slow fire until all is cooked well. Good profit. See you soon.
